What is the minimum I can store?
One pallet. There is a 30-day minimum term, but no minimum pallet count — small accounts are welcome and often grow into bigger ones.
How is pallet storage priced?
A flat monthly rate per pallet position, quoted after we know the size, weight and turnover of your freight. Handling — receiving a load in or releasing it out — is quoted alongside it so you can see the whole picture before you commit.
Can I access my pallets whenever I want?
Pickups and drop-offs are scheduled during receiving hours so we can have your freight staged and a forklift ready when your driver arrives. Let us know your usual cadence and we will build it into the arrangement.
Do you handle oversized or non-standard loads?
Often, yes. Send dimensions and weight and we will tell you honestly whether it fits our racking or needs floor space instead.
What can’t be stored here?
No hazardous materials, flammables, perishables, live goods, or anything requiring temperature control or a licensed facility. If you are unsure where your product falls, ask before you ship.
Is my inventory insured?
Storage customers carry their own cargo or contents coverage. We are happy to provide the facility details your insurer will ask for.
How quickly can I move in?
Usually within a few business days of agreeing on the rate — sooner if the pallets are ready and there is space on the receiving calendar.
